The EarthBody Project

Our Story

The EarthBody Project is an invitation to meet your body where you are—today, in this season, and across a lifetime. Rooted in accessible, adaptive, and relational yoga, EarthBody offers space to notice, move, breathe, rest, and respond to what your body is telling you. Practice becomes a way of cultivating self-awareness, self-regulation, and trust in your own capacity, while deepening connection with the rhythms of the living world. Every body belongs here, and every practice begins with listening.

YOGA THROUGH THE TURNING YEAR

What changes when we revisit yoga through each season?

Bodies change. Energy changes. Environments change. Relationships and circumstances change.

EarthBody™ honors this movement by returning to yoga’s teachings throughout the year.

Yama, Niyama, Metta, Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Pratyahara, Dhyana, Samadhi, and Best Practices are experienced through four distinct seasonal conditions.

Spring brings attention to awakening and emergence.
Summer explores circulation and relational participation.
Autumn supports integration and discernment.
Winter creates space for restoration and reorganization.

The teachings remain recognizable. Their embodiment continues to deepen.
