☁️Cloud Walk & Sky Stretch

Applied Eco-Arts

Look up.
Stretch toward the sky.
Let the clouds slow your thoughts and inspire your imagination.

☁️ Move

Take a Cloud Walk

Find a place where you can see the sky.

Walk slowly.

Every few minutes, pause and look up.

Stretch your arms toward the clouds.

Notice how the sky is always changing.

🌬 Breathe

Reach your arms overhead as you breathe in.

Slowly lower them as you breathe out.

Repeat three times.

Imagine your breath moving as freely as the clouds above.

👀 Notice

Can you find…

  • clouds of different shapes

  • birds flying overhead

  • sunlight shining through the clouds

  • changing colors in the sky

  • wind moving the treetops

  • wide open spaces

Take your time.

The sky is always telling a new story.

💭 Wonder

  • What shape did your favorite cloud become?

  • Where do you think the clouds are traveling?

  • How did looking up make you feel?

  • What changes did you notice while you watched?

🌎 Connect

Clouds carry water around our planet.

They bring shade, rain, and changing weather that helps plants, animals, and people thrive.

When we look up, we remember we are connected to something much bigger than ourselves.

🌈 Try Another Way

Try…

  • lying on a blanket

  • drawing the clouds you see

  • stretching while sitting in a chair

  • walking at sunrise or sunset

  • watching the sky with a friend

Every sky is different.

Every observation is unique.

❤️ Care for Yourself

Wear a hat if it’s sunny.

Drink plenty of water.

Choose a comfortable place where you can move and rest safely.

📸 Share

Take a photo of your favorite cloud.

Or sketch a cloud that reminded you of something special.
